Read the account without losing the source

Understand identity, Originals, ownership, Reserve, Settlement, Notes and receipts as distinct parts of one system.

Start with the Original

An Original is the complete supported source carrying its proof, payload and required history. A thumbnail, copied title or transport envelope does not replace it. When a supported original is admitted, the interface may project it into an asset, a Note, a receipt or a Vault holding. Preserve the original bytes and unknown namespaces so later inspection does not depend on a single screen.

Identity and authority

Receiz ID establishes identity continuity. PBI and the supported recovery materials preserve their specific account/device proofs. Account access, read consent, ownership and permission for a particular financial operation remain distinct. Recognizing a username or opening a public profile does not grant private access or spending authority.

Questions to ask of a record
QuestionEvidence to inspect
Who is involved? The admitted identity, participant and recipient bindings.
What is owned? The current supported ownership source and exact rights.
What funds it?The admitted Reserve/Settlement composition or asset backing.
What changed? The exact predecessor, operation and accepted successor.
What can I do next? The actual current authority and supported execution route.

Value and its presentation

Reserve retains admitted funded denomination and backing. Settlement retains exact Phi and its supported deterministic dollar presentation. A combined account total makes the supported components usable together; the original financial result retains their composition. Valuation, offered sale terms, available liquidity and realized proceeds answer different questions. A chart does not authorize a payment or guarantee a sale.

Notes and receipts

A Note carries its admitted funding and transfer/claim rules. Reserve, Settlement and combined Notes preserve their actual units and sources. A receipt records an accepted event. Retaining a received Note offline is different from confirming account credit; importing a receipt retains evidence and does not execute the event again.

A financial request becomes a recorded result
  1. PreparedRetain the exact intended action.
  2. ApprovedBind the actual operation.
  3. SubmittedThe result can be known or unknown.
  4. ConfirmedReopen the accepted source and keep its receipt.

Read time and history precisely

Local calendar time makes a record readable to a person. Native causal admission carries Kai/KKS coordinates and their required KaiSigil proof. Server arrival order, a changed chart or a display timestamp cannot establish a missing predecessor, prove exclusive consumption or replace original execution evidence. Older genuine proof remains historical evidence at its recorded coordinate; a new current state must have its own admitted source.
